  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or general returns.

  • Items may only be reviewed for return if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Any defective or damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To report an issue, customers must provide clear photos and order details for review.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered if the incorrect size was shipped by our team.

  • We do not offer exchanges for sizing preferences or customer selection errors.

  • All product listings include detailed sizing information, fit descriptions, and visual references (photos/videos) to assist with accurate selection.

Important Notes

  • Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
